The Deep Trekker DTG2 Smart is a compact, professional-grade inspection ROV engineered for reliable underwater operations in both commercial and field environments. Built with a durable die-cast aluminum body and equipped with a low-light Sony CCD camera, the DTG2 Smart delivers stable maneuvering, clear imaging, and dependable performance down to 150 meters (500 ft). Its intuitive 5.6" handheld controller, long battery runtime, and rapid recharge cycle make it suitable for rapid deployment and single-operator use.
This pre-owned DTG2 Smart system is in excellent condition, used only once during a controlled U.S. Navy filming project, and has since been kept in climate-controlled storage. The package includes a 75 m neutrally buoyant tether with aluminum reel, handheld controller, Pelican transport case, accessory case, OEM chargers, and service/maintenance kit. All thrusters were fully operational during last use, with no flooding or mechanical issues reported. The camera and lighting are believed to be functional but have not been retested post-storage.
