Deep Trekker DTG2 Smart

Inquiry Form

This listing features Deep Trekker DTG2 SMART Underwater ROV systems (150 m rated) available as pre-owned units in excellent operational condition. These systems were used only once during a professional U.S. Navy vessel maintenance filming project and have been stored in a climate-controlled facility since. The DTG2 SMART platform is a proven compact inspection-class ROV, designed for rapid deployment, stable maneuvering, and professional subsea observation.

Each system includes a 75-meter neutrally buoyant tether with aluminum reel, Sony 4K HD camera, high-efficiency LED lighting, heading & depth sensors, turbo thrusters, and a 5.6″ handheld controller, all housed in rugged transport cases with chargers and service accessories. With a 150 m depth rating, 6–8 hour operating endurance, and variable thruster control, the DTG2 SMART is well suited for hull inspection, infrastructure surveys, search & recovery, environmental monitoring, and underwater documentation.

Both units were fully operational during their last deployment with no flooding or mechanical issues reported. Cameras and lighting are believed to be functional but have not yet been re-tested post-storage. Batteries remain original with capacity unverified due to storage age. Physical inspection is permitted in Jacksonville, Florida, and shipping support is available. Pricing is slightly negotiable, with preference for package sale or individual unit purchase upon request.
