Return & After-Sales Policy
All QYSEA FIFISH X1 systems supplied by Nautrex / MyROVs are covered under QYSEA’s official global after-sales regulations. Each unit undergoes mandatory inspection upon arrival. In the event of a manufacturing defect (DOA), customers are eligible for free replacement or repair within 15 days of delivery, including covered shipping costs. Customers may also request a no-reason return within 7 days of receipt, with return freight responsibilities borne by the buyer following inspection confirmation. Repairs falling outside warranty coverage (wear, misuse, accidental damage, or non-warranty components) are serviceable at standard repair rates. For any support requests, customers should contact MyROVs/Nautrex directly to initiate the official RMA process with QYSEA’s authorized service center network.
